Inc. training manuals can be made by Visa or MasterCard (sorry, we do not accept
American Express). We can also accept certified checks and money orders that
are sent to our office (please expect three weeks for mail delivery of your
payment before we process your order). Once you fill out the secure online form,
we will contact you if necessary and process your credit card. If accepted,
we will send you the courseware via web site download for PDF orders, or UPS
for hardcopy manuals.

As you are charged for shipping hardcopy orders, we ship in the most timely and cheapest way possible. We use UPS ground for U.S. delivery and Canada Post XpressPost for Canadian delivery. For most recent software titles please allow 5-7 working days shipment time to the U.S. and 3-4 working days shipment time to Canadian addresses. Please expect an extra 4-5 days for older software titles (two or more versions older than the newest available version) as we print on demand. If you need faster service, this can be arranged at your expense. If requested and in-stock, we can turn around an order in 24 hours. However, the cost reflects this type of Express service.
If you have your own courier account (e.g., FedEx), then let us know when you order and we can the order and not bill you for the shipping. This may save you money if you qualify for a shipping quantity discount. Please use this service where possible.
