Audience: This manual is intended to be used by students who would like to learn how to use the Corel Photo-Paint photo editing program. It is assumed the student has a high-quality video card (16 million colors +) and large monitor (17 inches +). This course describes how to get started, work with images and objects, apply masks, and create special effects. Though the initial exercises are geared for novices, intermediate topics will be revealed throughout the manual to demonstrate the possibilities of Photo-Paint. Step-by-step exercises lead the students through each topic. An end-of-section exercise and a short-answer questionnaire summate each section. Students are strongly encouraged to try the additional Section exercises after selected sections for extra practice. Comes with a 3.5-inch exercise disk.
